It has a funky blend of industrial-chic architecture, vibrant murals, and lush greenery that really shows off Austin’s spirit. Make sure to grab some ice cream at Big Bear next to Trader Joe’s.

East Austin (around east 6th)

East 6th Street in Austin, Texas, has such an eclectic and vibrant feel for engagement photos. Each building is painted in unique colors, really giving off the feeling that you’re in Austin. As you walk down the street, you’ll find a wide selection of hidden spots and vibrant colors – each corner offering a new and exciting spot for potential photos. The Sekrit Theater in Austin is a hidden gem (no really, it’s located in a neighborhood) perfect for engagement photos. This quirky spot is filled with whimsical charm, from its vintage greenhouse to eclectic art installations. Every corner has a new setting that adds character to your photos. Wandering through the theater’s grounds, you’ll find endless opportunities to capture your love story in a setting that feels both intimate and magical. Laguna Gloria

Laguna Gloria, a piece of The Contemporary Austin is an absolute delight for engagement photos! With its lush gardens and serene lake just behind the building, it feels like stepping into a romantic oasis (maybe even Europe). The beautiful villa adds an elegant touch, making every corner almost “picture perfect”. As you wander through the grounds you’ll find plenty of engagement photo opportunities. It’s ideal if you’re looking for a classic and European touch. Reservations are required!
